The Cordova Primary Health Care Facility, in partnership with Cordova LGU and the Department of Health, is conducting an Active TB Case Finding Activity.
Who can participate:
- Ages 15 and above
- Household members of TB patients or those who completed treatment
- Senior citizens
- Those with persistent cough for 2–3 weeks or longer
- Symptoms such as: coughing with phlegm or blood, night sweats, fever, loss of appetite, sudden weight loss, fatigue
Schedule & Venues:
📍 Nov 19: Ibabao, Pilipog, Dapitan
- 8:30–11:30 AM: Ibabao BHS
- 1:00–4:00 PM: San Miguel, Cogon, Bangbang – San Miguel BHS
📍 Nov 20: Buagsong, Day-as, Poblacion
- 1:00–4:00 PM: Cordova PCF
📍 Nov 21: Gilutongan
- 8:00–11:00 AM: Barangay Hall
- 1:00–4:00 PM: Catarman, Gabi, Alegria – Gabi BHS
