During the 1st Quarter KK Assembly 2025, our youth were not only provided with Blood Pressure Monitoring Devicesโ€”they were empowered with the knowledge and confidence to use them properly and responsibly.

๐Ÿฉบ Dr. Elton Dominic F. Masa led engaging and informative lectures on Blood Pressure Monitoring and the Heat Index, emphasizing the importance of regular health checks and safety during extreme heat conditions.

This was followed by a hands-on demonstration, where participants learned how to correctly take and interpret blood pressure readingsโ€”turning awareness into practical life skills.

It was a day filled with learning, awareness, and empowerment, because a healthier future begins with informed youth. ๐ŸŒฑ
