This initiative by the SK Officials aims to lighten the load of our students as they pursue their dreams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
📌 Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Poblacion, Cordova
REQUIREMENTS: (Bring only ONE photocopy/print of each requirement. No proxies allowed!)
1️⃣ STUDENT ID – Must show address as Poblacion, Cordova
- If no student ID yet, any valid ID with Poblacion, Cordova address is accepted
2️⃣ COE / COR – Certificate of Enrollment or Registration form (2024-2025)
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- First Come, First Served – Only 100 slots available
- Student must personally claim the assistance, no proxies allowed
