Last Sunday, SK Poblacion Cordova conducted a powerful symposium addressing the stigma surrounding mental health in our society. We learned that it doesn’t take a village to help a friend—sometimes, even one caring individual can make a difference.

We also discussed teenage pregnancy, focusing on the struggles teenage moms face and the impact on their mental health at such a young age.

A special thanks to our speaker, Mr. Jhosua Peralta, the youngest and only recipient of the prestigious Asia’s Royalty Award for Outstanding Advocacy Volunteer and Empowered Professional Leader in Asia, for sharing his insights and inspiring our youth. 🌟
