As we begin a new chapter of leadership in our barangay, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion, Cordova aims to better understand the skills, abilities, and demographics of our youth.
In line with this, the SK Poblacion officials encourage all youth to accomplish the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Profiling Form. This will serve as a vital tool in helping us design programs and activities that truly respond to the needs of the youth and ensure better delivery of services.
All youth aged 15–30 years old are highly encouraged to provide the necessary information through the link below. Please be informed that KK Profiling is a requirement for participation in future SK activities, especially for those planning to join the Poblacion Summer League 2024.
For youth who are unable to access the online form, hard copies are available at the SK Poblacion Office. Kindly visit the office and request a KK Profiling Form.
