This initiative brings a wide range of services to the community, including:
- Medical, dental, optical, diagnostic, and veterinary services
- Kadiwa ng Pangulo, providing direct access to agricultural products for farmers and affordable goods for consumers
- Financial and in-kind assistance for farmers, fisherfolk, and persons with disabilities

- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Free Medical & Veterinary Services
- 1:00 PM onwards: Caravan of Provincial Government Services & Kadiwa ng Pangulo
