The Municipality of Cordova, under the leadership of Mayor Cesar “Didoy” Suan, invites all Cordovanhons to save lives by donating blood. Every three (3) bags of blood can save a life!
As a token of appreciation, each successful donor will receive 5 kilos of rice from Mayor Suan.
➡️ Basic Requirements for Blood Donors:
- Age: 16–65 years (parental consent required for 16–17 years old)
- Weight: Minimum 50 kg (110 lbs)
- Pulse: 60–100 beats per minute
- Blood Pressure: 90/60 to 160/100 mmHg
- Other: No smoking 4 hours prior to donation
