In line with the mandate of the Department of Finance (DOF) through the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF), and pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001 (Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act), the Provincial Government of Cebu, via the Office of the Provincial Assessor and in collaboration with all 44 municipal assessors, has prepared the Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for real properties in the province.
This proposed SMV ensures a uniform, transparent, and fair basis for property appraisal and assessment across Cebu.

All property owners, taxpayers, real estate practitioners, and stakeholders are invited to attend, present, and discuss the proposed SMV before its final submission to the BLGF.
