This program grants cash incentives and recognition to students who graduated with Latin Honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude) for Academic Year 2024–2025.

• Must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Poblacion, Cordova, Cebu
• Must be a Latin Honor Graduate

• Barangay Residency / Certificate of Residency
• Certificate as proof of Latin Honors
• Graduation Picture / Proof of Graduation
